Terms of Service

By accessing or using pretty.page (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. pretty.page is operated by Jungle Tools, based in Costa Rica. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jungle Tools.

pretty.page is an AI-powered landing page generator for small businesses. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create, host, and manage professional landing pages based on information you provide about your business. We offer free and paid plans. Features and limits vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, and plan structures at any time with reasonable notice.

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You may not create accounts for others without their permission, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or use automated means to create accounts.

You agree not to use the Service to: - Create pages containing adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content - Promote illegal activities, violence, hate speech, or discrimination - Infringe on intellectual property rights of others - Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content - Impersonate another person or business - Create pages for fraudulent or deceptive purposes - Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Interfere with or disrupt the Service - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose Pages found in violation of these terms will be removed without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: - Violation of these Terms of Service - Violation of our Acceptable Use policy - Creating adult or explicit content - Fraudulent or abusive behavior - Non-payment of fees - Extended periods of inactivity (12+ months with no login) - At our sole discretion if we believe your use harms the Service or other users Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data within 30 days of termination. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from account termination.

Paid plans are billed through Creem.io. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failed payments may result in service interruption or account suspension.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us at hello@pretty.page for a full refund. After the 14-day period: - Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. - Yearly subscriptions: No pro-rata refunds after 14 days. You retain access until the end of your annual billing period. - Lifetime plans: No refunds after 14 days. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The Service: pretty.page, its design, code, AI models, and branding are the intellectual property of Jungle Tools. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service. Your content: You retain ownership of the business information and content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content to generate and host your page. AI-generated content: Content generated by our AI (copy, design choices, layout) is created for your use. You may use this content for your business purposes. However, we retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized patterns to improve the Service.

Free accounts receive a subdomain at [name].pretty.page. We reserve the right to reclaim subdomains that are inactive for 12+ months, that violate our terms, or that infringe on trademarks. Custom domains are available on paid plans. You are responsible for domain registration, DNS configuration, and maintaining your domain. We are not liable for domain-related issues.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pretty.page and Jungle Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: - The Service will meet your specific requirements - The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free - AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs - Results obtained from the Service will be effective for your business You use the Service at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless pretty.page, Jungle Tools, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Jose, Costa Rica.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account.

AI edits are included with each plan up to the monthly limit for your tier (Free: 10, Pro: 50, Studio: 200). Limits reset monthly. Unused edits do not roll over. Examples of normal use: editing your pages, generating new sections, refining copy and design, seasonal updates, adding new locations. Examples of abuse: automated or scripted bulk generation, using the API to build pages for resale outside the Service, or any activity that places disproportionate load on our infrastructure. We reserve the right to throttle or limit AI usage that exceeds fair use. If your usage is flagged, we will contact you before taking action. Additional AI edit credits may be purchased or granted by contacting support.
